Return & Shipping Policy (Blounshige)

• Returns & Exchanges: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only applicable if the product is received in poor condition. To qualify for an exchange, customers must:

  • Take 4 clear photos of the product immediately upon delivery.

  • Send the photos to us within 24 hours. Only then can a replacement be processed.

• International Orders: Once placed, international orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. (Exception: A refund/cancellation is only possible if the order is not received within 8 weeks).

• Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate personal information and contact numbers. Blounshige holds no responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect data provided by the customer.

• Delivery Times:

         Domestic: 2–15 business days. - 

• • International: 2–5 weeks.

• سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال: لا توجد سياسة استرجاع للأموال في Blounshige، ويقتصر الأمر على استبدال المنتجات فقط في حال وصولها بحالة سيئة. وفي هذه الحالة، يجب على العملاء اتباع الخطوات التالية:

  • التقاط 4 صور للمنتج فور استلام الطلب.

  • إرسال الصور إلينا في غضون 24 ساعة فقط من وقت الاستلام.

  • بناءً على ذلك، سنقوم بإرسال طلب بديل للعميل.

• الطلبات الدولية (خارج الدولة): يرجى ملاحظة أنه بمجرد إتمام الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه أو استرداد قيمته. (الاستثناء الوحيد: يحق للعميل إلغاء الطلب واسترداد المبلغ فقط إذا لم يتم استلام الشحنة خلال 8 أسابيع).

• المسؤولية عن البيانات الشخصية: يجب على العملاء تزويدنا ببياناتهم الشخصية وأرقام التواصل بدقة. وفي حال إدخال معلومات خاطئة، يتحمل العميل المسؤولية الكاملة عن ذلك.

• المدد الزمنية للتوصيل:
